Coalitions for Health Improvement
Coalitions for Health Improvement
The Coalitions for Health Improvement (CHI) are located within each Local Health Jurisdiction (Chelan-Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan), and are composed of a broad-base of local stakeholders who share a vision of a connected, responsive, and pro-active regional health. NCACH provides support for these three coalitions within our region.
The CHIs are intended to engage a wide variety of partners in the mission and work of the NCACH. As our partners ‘on-the-ground,’ each Coalition provides input to the Governing Board on significant issues directly related and material to NCACH’s mission and activities, including needs assessment and local health data; community health improvement plans and priorities; health improvement initiatives: and delivery system transformation.
To ensure this group has a strong voice, each CHI has one voting seat on the Board.
Coalition meetings are organized by Support Staff located at the local Health Department/District. For more information on your local CHI, please contact the following individuals below. All CHI meetings are also posted on our NCACH Calendar.
