North Central Washington is forming the 11th Community Partnership for Transition Solutions in Washington State, consisting of Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties. The CPTS is made up of agencies and individuals working together to support successful transitions for people returning to our communities after incarceration.
