Come together for an opportunity for peer learning, sharing and shaping the Whole Person Care Learning Community in Wenatchee on Saturday, March 24, 2018.

Together we will explore the “Art of the Possible” and hear views from across our region to address what it will take to achieve whole person care. We’ll use panels, storyboards, breakout sessions and a world café to determine the opportunities and create the next steps for success This event is intended for Learning Community partners, selected provider groups within the Whole Person Care Collaborative, and is by invitation only.
