North Central Accountable Community of Health (NCACH) is accepting proposals to support cross-sector collaborations and integrated partnerships that advance whole person health and health equity in North Central Washington. This funding opportunity is open to partners with an existing physical presence (staff and/or office) in Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties. The organization does not need to be headquartered in these counties.
To be eligible, proposals must be aligned with NCACH’s mission and the purpose of this funding opportunity.
