Are you ready to learn new methods, dive into current topics, and connect data with action in boosting what you do to support whole person health and health equity throughout North Central Washington? Join us for the monthly Partner Convening sessions from NCACH as we work together to bridge the strengths of our local organizations by focusing on the big-picture ideas that can improve issues of health within the communities in our four-county area!
Each month’s two-hour Partner Convening session is offered through Zoom and will include specialized topics that can be helpful in your own area of work with your local community. Want a quick example of the types of presentations waiting for you? Click here to see this short summary of highlights of one of the guest presenters from our February 2022 online gathering!
Our Partner Convening sessions unite all of our region’s health associates together as a single group to share best practices and our collective ideas to advance whole-person health and health equity. The information in each two-hour session is designed to expand on the impact and progress our individual organizations can make together throughout region. These sessions are open to ALL of our regional partners and mark the next step in the type of collaborative work that had been conducted through our previous Whole Person Care Collaborative, Opioid Workgroup, and Transitional Care and Diversion Intervention Workgroup teams.
