The North Central Accountable Community of Health (NCACH) Whole Person Care Collaborative meets the 1st Monday of the month 11:00AM – 12:30 PM, unless that day falls on an observed holiday or is the day before an observed holiday. Community members are welcome to attend to observe and learn more about the work of the Collaborative.
The Whole Person Care Collaborative membership consistent of Primary Care, Behavioral Health, and Hospital Providers focused on making the necessary changes needed to transform care in the North Central Region.
The NCACH Whole Person Care Collaborative makes every effort to move their meetings throughout the 4 counties (Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan). Please check the NCACH Calendar for an update of meeting dates, location, and call-in details.
